I've spent 20+ years building software that operates at scale, from the voice stack inside every iPhone to connectivity infrastructure that reaches hundreds of millions of people across the world.

I've led teams within large engineering organizations at Apple and Meta, and I've sat in the CTO seat multiple times at early-stage startups. I know what it takes to build something from nothing, and I know what separates a foundation that scales from one that doesn't. Today that means building AI-native, using vibe coding tools, agent-driven development, and LLM-integrated systems not as an afterthought, but as the default.

Kairos exists because the 0-to-1 phase is the most critical and most under-served moment in a company's technical journey. A wrong architectural decision made in week two can cost you six months and a full rewrite in year two. I started Kairos to be the partner I wished existed when I was a first-time founder.

When I'm not building, I'm either on a bike, chasing a pickleball, or blaming my golf clubs.
